Dream Lashes

I Used Iwona at Dream Lashes for the first time as the lady I usually use was out of the Country and extremely unhappy about the fact that so many lashes have already fallen out after just 4 days to the point where it looks like I am already in need of an infill!I have messaged Iwona several times and I keep getting round about responses to my request of a refund so that I can ask my usual lady to remove and re do my lashes.Having had permanent lash extensions for the past 3-4 years I would most definitely NOT recommend Iwona Dream Lashes because comparing her service to the people I have used and normally use the results of the lash extension is extremely poor. Furthermore Iwona’s lack of co operation in resolving my matter is even worse.The only reason one star has been given is because you have to rate to write a review I most definitely would not even rate Iwona Dream Lashes one star!

Lovely 6D russian lashes! Friendly, professional service. Iwona took photos of the clumped lashes from my previous salon and showed me the gaps it had caused in my natural lashes. She carefully took off the clumped lashes and put on a full set of 2D russian lashes which looked great and allowed my natural lashes to recover. We built up to 6D over a couple of months and my natural lashes are healthier than ever. I've been going to Dream Lashes for over a year now. Would highly recommend!

Wouldn't go anywhere else! I've been to highly rated salons for lashes in the past but have often found natural lashes stuck together, too close to the eyelid causing irritation and lots of lashes missed that could've had an extension applied. Iwona is absolutely amazing at what she does, and I've yet to be disappointed or find any fault with her lashes

EVERYTIME I go here, I have the most beautiful, full lashes! I Can’t fault them, if I’ve ever had my wobble and wanted my lashes more full or longer, whatever it may be. she will rectify it no problem for her at all — Just the nicest lady to be around very professional and friendly she 100% is the best eyelash tech I have ever been with! Always clean and tidy very comfortable. Asks if I’m okay or if I’m cold … not much else I could possibly ask for, NEVER have my eyelashes just fallen out after having them done!… so I don’t understand these other reviews, I’ve been going for absolute years and NEVER experienced this! So maybe it’s the personal aftercare of certain customers, it’s definitely not the job being done!!

Never again! Awful woman I had a coughing fit and she was VERY PUT OUT BY THIS???? Rude will never go back

I have been having my lashes at Dream Lashes fir more than a year and i have referred several friens of mine. We are all over the moon with the results, service and professionalism. The quality is amazing. I cannot recommend Dream Lashes enough!!!!!!

Disgusted by the unprofessional attitude of this woman!!! Eyelashes fell out after 3 days no offer from her to rectify or any explaination just her constant messages of NO REFUNDS!!! she has refused to supply her insurance details so would presume she is trading with NO INSURANCE!!! She has no customer care and is only in it for the MONEY! I am taking her to a small claims court to expose her on every level AVOID!!!! Sets a timer on every client (literally)

Always fabulous here. She does such a lovely job. Perfectionists make the best eyelash extension ladies.

First time I have had them done, absolutely love them - Iwona done a fabulous job - Highly recommend!!
