Before I bought my English Bulldog (Sir Michael Rocket!), Antonella advised me that even though cannot walk your new puppy outside for two weeks, I should carry him around introducing him to everything you want him to become comfortable with including buses and noisy traffic, children, crowds etc which turned out to be invaluable advice. Antonella is pictured here training my dog with recall in Battersea Park.Sir Michael is now 7, and Antonella in her wonderful new premises is teaching him to leave me alone when we dine (I used to feed him scraps and cannot break this learned-behaviour without help!). We are having success.I am thankful for and highly recommend the Animal Wellbeing Centre under Antonella's direction.

We took our Staffy puppy to the group classes. Antonella & Simon were great and the classes taught us so much about how to train a dog. Marge (pictured behaving herself on the bus) has transformed from a completely out of control little beast to a well-behaved pup. Antonella was also extremely helpful in teaching us how to manage the puppy around our cat.I can't imagine now not taking a puppy to proper training sessions and overall definitely recommend the Animal Wellbeing Centre.

I recently attended puppy training classes led by Simon and his team, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Simon and the team were incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire program. They had a wealth of knowledge about puppy training and provided us with practical tips and techniques to ensure Bryn was well-behaved and happy. Their guidance was invaluable, and I felt supported every step of the way. The classes were well-organized, and the trainers created a positive and encouraging environment for both Bryn and me. I highly recommend Simon and his team's puppy training classes.

we had a new puppy and whilst owning a previous dog for 16years ; a bit like childbirth we seemed to have forgotten everything about getting a new puppy from toilet training to puppy socialising. Antonella was recommended by Amwell Vet Practice and quite plainly knows her stuff. She managed to ease us into the journey of owning our little doggy , whilst avoiding or digging us out of some of the pitfalls. The centre is spacious and allowed our puppy some freedom to explore and gain confidence safely. Her knowledge with a common sense approach gave us the ability to put it into practice. Would 100% recommend

We first reached out to Antonella because we were struggling with our puppy’s reactivity. We initially did the puppy classes they offer, which gave us a great base of how to train commands. I wish I did these classes with my pup in place of the ones we originally did when we first got him, as Antonella’s puppy classes were far more valuable and were structured to help the puppies succeed. We were lucky to be gifted a few 1-1 sessions with Antonella to help us with our dogs reactivity and they have been extremely helpful for us. Dealing with our pup’s reactivity has at times been overwhelming and emotional, and after every session with Antonella we have come out feeling like we have a new lease on life and a direction for moving forward. She has helped us to understand more about where our pup’s reactivity has come from, and has been practical and patient in her approach to training us (even when we tend to ask 5 million questions). The social walk classes are also an amazing way to socialise and train your dog in the presence of other dogs/people in a controlled environment. The classes are always adapted according to the dogs that are there, what they can handle, and what they need to work on. It has been amazing to see some of the progress our pup has been able to make during one of these sessions. Literally could not recommend these classes enough.

Antonella at the Animal wellbeing centre is fantastic!I brought my 3 year old miniature dachshund (Ziggy) to her between June-July 2023 because I was having issues with his fear of the outside and noise sensitivities.Antonella spent the first session really getting to know me and Ziggy. Our history, what the problem was and how/where it presented itself. The subsequent sessions were full of demonstrations, talking through and practicing of techniques and tools to help Ziggy become a more confident dog. After each session I felt confident and ready to bring what I had learnt in the session into my day-day routine. Ziggy also loved the sessions, with Antonella creating almost what I can describe as an indoor dog play park to understand and observe more of Ziggy’s behaviours. After the sessions I felt well equipped to continue the training and was given really helpful information on where to turn to next if I wanted to explore options such as anxiety medication for Ziggy.Antonella at no point made me feel embarrassed or shameful in the things I’ve tried to help Ziggy , however bizarre. She is kind but to the point and is very real with any conversation in terms of what’s best for the dog. I really felt in safe hands and came away from the experience with a vast amount more knowledge about my dog than when i started.I would highly recommend the Animal wellbeing centre to anyone looking to work on their dogs quirks or behaviour issues.

Every new puppy owner should attend the puppy class, it’s so eye opening and rewarding for both humans and canines! We’ve learnt so much that has helped us understand our puppies’ behaviours (we have 2 Dachshunds), put the training into practice and help us deal with everyday situations. Antonella, Simon and the whole team are super talented and lovely people, couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be following up with adolescent training or individual sessions to help us manage the challenges as the pups get older. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

Highly recommend Antonella & the team! Our shy 5 month old golden retriever puppy came on leaps and bounds over several months and in just a few sessions following the training tips from Antonella. Our puppy was getting reactive towards other dogs and wouldn’t even get to the park, now he loves all dogs, he’s very confident & loves the park. Thank you!

I was so excited to find a center had opened up close to us! Antonella is a brilliant, caring, very skilled trainer and behaviourist! Simon has been brilliant with comms and support during our puppy class! I have my cockapoo puppy enrolled in her puppy classes which have been so great for my little Milo! We are also working on the dynamic between my 18 month old Dog and the new puppy and I am learning so much! Antonella has a wealth of knowledge and just simply knows her stuff! After our assessment I was able to go home and apply some of what we had discussed pre starting the behaviour training sessions- just from this, there has been a massive improvement in 24h. i have also sent her a friend who is also very happy with how well her training has been going with her reactive maltipoo. The center is also beautiful and so clean! It is full of engaging areas. Just brilliant. thank you for all your help with us!! We always look forward to our sessions with you!!

A great, well run, training and behaviour facility in London. As first time dog owners of a shy but also excitable Whippet puppy we couldn’t have been luckier to have Antonella, Simon and co help teach us and our pup the tools needed to acclimatise to everyday life. We took part in their positive, attentive and worthwhile puppy classes and recently completed their adolescent classes, leaving with some big achievements. Every class they run is limited to a small number, so you really have great 1 on 1 training opportunities. Every tool, which there are many, that we have been taught, we still very much use today and will use for the rest of our dogs life. We couldn’t recommend this fantastic team of dog trainers and their facilities more.
