Great service , delivered exactly when they said they would , I popped back in today to pick up some small bags of gravel to finish the job off , the guys were all so friendly , they even helped me reverse my car into a space as it was so busy with lorries coming & going , I would highly recommend & will be using then again , thank you

Memorably good 5* customer service. The yard was really very busy and being my first time there I wasn't sure of the protocol or where to go without causing disruption. Everyone, from reception to yard workers, were very friendly and helpful. The product was good and at a competitive price. The staff clearly enjoy working there and there was a wonderful sense of professionalism and pride within what was clearly a very hardworking and dedicated team. The whole operation was very impressive.

Brilliant service from this company. Delivery people were amazing they even offered to carry the twelve reclaimed hardwood sleepers that I'd ordered into my back garden, I declined as I wanted the exercise but I was impressed that they asked.

Considering we are in lockdown due to Covid-19 the telephone service from Allstone was excellent. They were very understanding of our needs and went the extra mile to ensure we received our order promptly and safely. Can't recommend them highly enough!!

I have been very impressed with the service offered by this company, especially in lockdown. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and were able to deliver and pick up the skips exactly when I needed them to. Would definitely use them again and will recommend to others.

Very happy. I arranged a skip with Allstone. They delivered on time, the driver took great care to get the skip in exactly the right place and picked it up as soon as I called. Very reasonably priced and the staff were great to deal with on the phone. 1st class service.

However, i just wanted to say that when ordering a skip, the level of service i received from Allstone and the speed at which the skip appeared at my doorstep is second to none. I have to say from the outset from the initial phone call enquiry, what a fantastic service. The lady on the phone helped in me selecting the correct stone for our large seating area. I ordered 10 tonne of forest rustic. It was delivered first thing 2 days later. The driver again was very helpful. We live down a narrow track. He got in the driveway with ease and even put the stone as close as possible to where I needed it. Finally the quality of the product beat all expectations. I will definitely use the company in the future.

I simply wanted a ton of cheep gravel.The guy on the phone was very helpful and understood my needs.He didn't try to sell me anything i didn't need and directed me to the website to see the product i requested. It was cheep and delivered the next day by a friendly driver in a caring manner.Thank you.

I have used Allstone many times for a skip and garden materials, they really are company that look after their customers, customer service is second to none, nothing is to much trouble, so can highly recommend
