Bluebell Wood Children's Nursery

My son started in August last year, a lockdown baby that didn’t have much experience interacting with others outside of his immediate family. The team in the baby room were so gentle and reassuring during his settling in period and really supportive of my anxieties of leaving my son also.My son has built such great relationships with the team in his room ever since and is always happy to see them in the mornings.From a practical perspective, having a nursery that provides nappies, wipes and all food is a huge help when trying to juggle working and being a mum.Overall a really lovely nursery with staff that genuinely care for the children within the setting.

We started at the nursery when our little one was 10 months old. She loves it. She's just moved to the big room and the transition was great. They are kind, thoughtful and just fantastic.They don't have the biggest garden, but they make the most of what they do have. They're always outside, if they can be.She has learned so much, made friends and she loves all of the people who work there.With everything that's happened, covid wise, they have been sensible and even though staff have had to substitute, each one has been great. My little one hasn't ever been sad to go in and she comes home happy and full of beans and stories each day.

All three of our children have been to Bluebell Wood Nursery in Heathfield, and all of them have enjoyed there time there. The staff are always helpful and go far and beyond to ensure the children and look after and happy.

Our daughter started at Bluebell Wood in August last year. She settled in so quickly and really loves her time at nursery, she smiles on drop off and is still smiling when we pick her up in the afternoon which makes working and being away from her so much easier as we know she is having fun, learning and eating well! I love seeing updates and photos on the app as each day she is doing different and fun activities, she recently moved from the baby room up to the 18month+ group and took it all in her stride due to a well managed phased transition. The staff are all knowledgeable and caring and we are so happy with the nursery choice we made. Thank you to all the team at Bluebell Wood!

My son absolutely loves the nursery and their staff. Both Lydia and Leanne are a complete asset to the nursery. The transition from a lockdown nervous baby to the little boy who walks into nursery without me is down to them and making him feel so happy, welcome and cared for whilst in their care.Cannot recommend this Nursery enough to anyone who wants to feel at ease when their child is away from them.

My grandchildren aged 3 and 1 have been attending Bluebell Wood Nursery since May 2020 and absolutely love it and have so much fun whilst they are there. All the staff are so friendly, caring and attentive towards the children, They give lots of help and encouragement so that the children can reach their goals and milestones. Would highly recommend this nursery.

I can not recommend Bluebell Wood highly enough. My son loves coming here and i love leaving him somewhere i know he is safe and having an amazing time. All the staff are so friendly and happy to help with anything.

My son has been attending this nursery for the past year following a particularly bad experience at a previous nursery. He loves it! I love it! The lovely ladies that work there are so full of energy and always make him feel welcome. The management team are very accommodating allowing me to add days where necessary and possible etc.In my experience it doesn't really matter how a nursery looks or how big the garden, its the people that work there that matter and if they are kind and interactive with your child that's all that matters. This nursery gets 5* from us!
