I've recently taken over a parrot sanctuary which closed due to poor reviews and wanted my smallfleet of vans serviced.I booked in advance and was disappointed when I arrived to have to wait over an our. Eventually agent called Chris came mincing out eating a bacon sandwich, which he spat over me as we spoke due to his lisp.He had very small hands, rather like the withered one Jeremy Beadle used to suffer with, so I tried to be tolerant.After collecting the vans, our parrots started behaving very oddly. And then sadly, 3 of them passed away.The cause was that carbon monoxide had been escaping into the van. Although I can't blame them with certainty, the birds were fine before theservice and since then, even the ones that survived have been greatly changed by their ingestion of these deadly fumes.I'm not proud that one has obviouslyoverheard me being distressed and now regularly screams you dirty Beadle handed Tw**” several times an hour.Overall an awful experience."

Absolutely brilliant. I've got an older lady of a car that holds special memories and I know she will be really well looked after. Great staff
