I have been seeing Jorge for 7 months and in that time the growth I have seen within myself has been enormous. Jorge really listens to understand you and articulates his incites/perspective concisely and clearly. He has helped me change negative narratives and given me techniques to deal with my anxiety which actually work. Jorge always has the time for me and is flexible if he needs to be.

Starting counselling here was the best decision I could have made for myself. Although talking to someone about my problems was scary at first, I felt very comfortable opening up to Jorge. Within only around 5 sessions with I began to see a huge difference, he is patient, understanding and overall relaxed but efficient. He has made a huge difference to my life and I am very grateful. I will recommend him to anyone who needs help like I did.

Jorge has helped me immensely since attending his sessions. He offers a safe, welcoming and relaxed environment along with a willingness to listen and the ability to draw-out your thoughts to help tackle the underlying causes of anxiety. I was sceptical of the benefits of counselling initially but after a few sessions with Jorge I began to feel a postive change in my attitude and I would thoroughly recommend his services.

Jorge has been a great help to me. I met Jorge few months ago and i can see big improvement in myself already. It is still a working progress but I’ve seen big changes in me after attending sessions with Jorge. He helped me to find the root of my problem, came with very practical suggestions and gave me tasks to work on. Its very easy to open up to him and tell him about your problems. Jorge has a fantastic ability to create a warm, safe and welcoming environment to deal with difficult issues. Over several months we have worked together on various long term issues, of which I have already felt significant improvement. He is always kind, patient, non judgemental, listens very carefully and is able to communicate very effectively to help me make sense of the issues, using tools or theories where relevant. I only wish I had been able to benefit from this support 10 years ago. I could not have imagined therapy would benefit me in so many ways and I look forward to continuing.

I can’t recommend Jorge enough. For myself it has given me a new perspective and helped me enormously through a variety of issues that I have been struggling with for many years.Jorge has a really pleasant way of making you feel at ease whilst you are talking with him.I should have gone sooner!
