Rang this Care Home to make an initial enquiry, the Carer told me to go away and ring back another day because she can't speak to me and I need to speak to someone else.Then I was handed to someone else who told me the same thing. She interrupted me and didn't listen to a word I said.Very rude and unprofessional Carers" who DON'T care."
