Zoe provided her extremely professional service at a time full of sadness. She was sensitive, understanding and very receptive to our wishes and beliefs. Our concerns and worries were took from us and we were guided through the decision making with the benefit of her experience. On the day, the service was exactly as we had arranged. We asked Zoe to be our celebrant as a close family friend, when our Father passed in July this year. We had no former experience with the planning of a funeral and the various components and factors that needed to be considered. Zoe worked very closely with us and our Funeral Director, and expertly guided us and gave thoughtful personal advice at every step. From the initial meeting through to the funeral and service, Zoe’s calming and knowledgeable approach steered us to choose options that really suited our family. She quickly assessed and pinpointed the essence and flow that were needed and suitable for our Dad and his ceremony, and her individual style was personable and bright. She delivered an incredible service, and everyone commented on what an amazing, uplifting service it was. She helped us balance one the most difficult times of our lives with joy via a heartfelt memorial that we will remember forever as a true testament to our Dad’s life.
