CPW Heating LTD

Unfortunately for us a mouse had chewed through one of our pipes on Friday night- resulting in no hot water or heating and minor leak in the wall of our kitchen when I awoke on Saturday morning . With it being a Saturday and seemingly very few people willing to come out and help, Chris agreed to come out and take a look to see what could be done.Within less than an hour of arriving he had cut a hole in the above bedroom floor, located the damaged connection on the pipe, replaced it, reset the boiler and ensured that we had hot water and heating again. I can't thank him enough for coming out at such short notice, in the cold pouring down rain on a Saturday so close to Christmas.I can highly recommend his services, he's polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Not only that considering the short notice and nature of the call out , extremely fair on his pricing. Will definitely recommend to friends in the future and he will now be my first port of call if ever I need a plumber again.Thank you very much again!

Chris recently helped us to remove a back boiler and multipoint heater installing a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler. The job went perfectly well, Chris arrived when promised working long days to get the job done on time and to an exceptional standard. He talked us through how the system worked after the install and sorted out all the guarantee paperwork.It's getting harder these days to find a decent honest and reliable tradesman but i can thoroughly recommend CPW heating who tick all those boxes and would have no hesitation in using the company again for any future work I have.Chris, thanks for a great installation and look forward to seeing you when our annual service is due.

Polite, arrived early and gave me loads of good advice. Genuine tradesman who knows what he's doing and won't charge you over the odds for it. Sorted the issue within the hour, no fuss & no mess. I highly recommend and will use CPW Heating again in the future.

Chris has just installed a new central heating system for me. Did an excellent job and he is very knowledgeable, polite etc. From the start he went thought our options and presented LPG which I had never thought of. He talked through this option and also told me where else I could read about it, which I did and we went down this route. The work was completed to a high standard in less than a week which was great and everything was left clean and tidy. Would defiantly recommend chris to anyone and will be calling chris back for the annual service.
