The Perfume Shop

Popped in to try a few new testers. Two of the employees were chatting away together while I was waiting to be served. Couple of testers ran out and she wouldn't open a new one? Not sure why. Customer service is not a priority in this shop. Ended up getting a Hugo Boss Perfume.

Shocking customer service, I was asking about a product and the attitude the lady had was cba. Spend your money else where.

Came in yesterday to buy a new a aftershave and Robert was an absolute superstar! Couldn’t of been more Helpfull!

Went in for a birthday present and was treated to wonderful customer service. Zora helped me pick a fragrance and wrapped it up for me; she was lovely. Highly recommend and will be back again

Rude staff that act like the don’t even want to be there and I felt awkward asking for help because the lady just rolled her eyes and was unhelpful

Very poor costumer services. They didnt accept my nhs cart either my perfume shop cart. They charge me 75 instead of 74 pounds. When I ask for a bag they gave me a really small one,the half of the perfume package was out. I said I want a bigger one. They gave me one saying: o you talking the last one! Should I really care of that? They werent really pleased cause it was too busy but its their job that obviously dont know how to do!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent customer service experience I had at your perfume shop. My family and I have been loyal customers for years, however, the encounter I had today has left me feeling disheartened.Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a man and a woman who were working. I was in search of a present for my sister and sought assistance from the man, who patiently showed me various options. I found one that I liked and inquired about the payment process. To my surprise, he directed me to the woman at the till.Unfortunately, the woman at the till exhibited extremely rude and hostile behavior when I approached her for information. It seemed as though she had no understanding of proper customer service etiquette. Feeling unwelcome and disrespected, I politely thanked her and decided to take my business elsewhere.I made my way to Sunnamusk, where I was pleasantly surprised by their exceptional hospitality and respect. I was able to make my purchase without any issues, and it made me question why I should continue to support a business where customers are not valued or treated with respect.As a well-known company, I believe it is crucial for your staff members to embody good customer service skills. Losing clients due to the behavior of your employees is a significant concern, and I hope that you take this matter seriously.I kindly request that you address this issue and provide appropriate training to your staff members, ensuring that future customers do not have to endure such unpleasant experiences.

Really lovely staff I was struggling to pick out a birthday gift for a family member and they were more than helpful and patient with me as I was deciding! Keep up the good work guys! Rockstars x

I visited yesterday and I left feeling truly disgusted. I went inside to find a new perfume. One of the workers came back, talking about how “sick Ariana Grande looks in the new vogue video”. I am not a personal fan however, in the video she talked about how she finally feels comfortable in her skin and she has grown a lot. A worker comes in and says she looks sick? Do the workers speak the same way about customers when they leave? I’m truly revolted by this behaviour. If these are the things that are discussed freely in front of customers, imagine what’s being said behind closed doors.On top of that, the customer service I received was not the best. I felt like she didn’t know what she was doing and wasn’t very helpful.I will not be returning again and strongly I advise you to visit elsewhere.

Set of 2 versace, larger bottle's nozzle is broken, negative attitude as soon as started explaining, and wont change it.Faulty product, no commonsense, terrible customer service
