Never have I seen a car dealer go to the lengths this one does just check out their YouTube channel, when I next buy a car I’ll be coming here as I know I’ll be getting a decent car. Honest and loyal and attention to detail is second to none. You will always get the idiots that buy from dealers pay pennies and expect a new Range Rover it’s the used car trade. Do your research into the car your looking at and don’t blame the dealer when two years down the line you have an issues that’s probably down to wear and tear anyway. Would not recommend, e-mailed in relation to selling a car did get a reply on the first response but on further emails they stopped replying after asking what price I was looking for or offers accepted, still awaiting a reply. Would not recommend poor customer service.Response to review as your reply contradicts the email response I've just had.Hey Dale,Thanks for the kind review on google. Your car has a trade price of around £8k with a retail price of £11k. You said you wanted £13,500.I figured we were too far away and didn't want to insult you with a low bid.End of email.So you just didn't bother to reply. Bad customer service.

The epitome of outstanding customer service. Not many business owners would dedicate a You Tube channel to highlight the pitfalls of buying 2nd hand cars. Very honest person indeed. I wish him all the best of luck.

The owner is a you tube sensation.Brilliant advice on how to buy motor vehicles and what to do and not to do .Very genuine dealer .spends alot of money on the cars he sells to the public to make sure he gives satisfaction to all customersTop man .

What a great garage with a great website. Moreover the YouTube channel is a staple part of my weekly television schedule.High Peak Autos is one of my favourite YouTube channels. Being a motoring enthusiast myself I can watch their videos for hours. From an informative unbiased review of a particular vehicle; to an amusing insight into life as a used car business owner.Romiley Garage used to form part of my daily commute to nearby New Mills and therefore I often keep track of what vehicles they have on offer.I wouldn't hesitate and indeed haven't hesitated to refer friends to romiley Garage if they want a well prepared used car.However I think some people simply forget that the cars that are being sold are exactly that. Used.Keep it up and I look forward to this week's videos.

Matt might seem like a genuine nice guy from his videos, but seems to refuse to answer my emails. I’ve emailed him close to 10 times in regards to his other business RaffleShack, as I want my account to be closed down and all my personal data deleted.I also messaged on Facebook so can see he read my message but didn’t bother to respond, seems like he is only interested in responding to emails that will make him money. If this his attitude, I would not recommend him to anyone!.Also makes me question if he wants my data for some reason and that’s why he is not replying.To add to this, Matt has now somehow removed the Facebook review I left and blocked me from the page so I cannot leave negative feedback there. So I wouldn't go by his 5star rating on that, if he is just getting negative reviews removed and blocking people.

Everything seemed professional until I collected the car, at time of purchase I asked I the car matts could be provided with the car and they said and put on the invoice that I would get a new set. 4i collected the car and was told the mats would be forwarded to me at the time. All was good and I took the car. within 2 hours of collecting the car it rained heavily and water started leaking badly through the rear passenger side, so I emailed and said there is water coming in to the car badly as you can see in the photo below. I asked if they would pay yo put this right at a local garage but had no reply? I then emailed again to ask about the mats having now covered the bill at the garage for the seals to be replaced to prevent further damage. I got a reply that was less than interested. Now 3 weeks since I purchased the car and still no sight of the mats that were ordered the day I purchased the car and no response from them. Seemed happy,quick and professional to sell me the car but don't stick to what they say afterwards.
