Staff from here park their vans up and down the road outside this premises and down to the dead end at the bottom and chuck their rubbish out of their van windows, they also do this as they drive towards Totton and in the lay by on the adjoining main road . I have witnessed this on so many occasions yet the company make no effort to resolve this . Disgusting .

Park on bay and wait until someone will take keys - and they don't care about driver, take at least 2 hours to get to that place and they force you to wait

Work can be difficult sometimes but it pays well and theres free coffee.Regarding the managers all seem to be decent people doing their best, sometimes my shift times can get messed up but with how many people theres to take care of that's to he expected and you can always message them and ask for it to be revised so I think they're doing an okay job. Only problem I have is the basic stuff like the shoes they give you are horrible its worthwhile to get your own and also that you cant use headphones whole working, which makes the job rather droning

Just completed my first day of training on the road with a driver who had no patience with me and even swore at me several times when i did something wrong with the amazon flex app. Never felt so inadequate in all my working life and im 51. My stress levels going through the roof right now and ive even lost my appetite for my dinner, never again

Quick unload. Staff take keys off you and marshal locked my truck without asking (keep it unlocked so I can change mode switch on tacho if needed) and got stroppy when I asked him to leave it unlocked. Other than that all good

The night shift is definitely a big NO NO!!! No concern for employee health and safety! All they care about is the job getting done regardless how it gets done! One does the equivalent of two or even three persons’ work!The brown-nosers always get allocated the easiest jobs!Amazon sucks!!!

Worse place to be. The agency ladies are not respecting people, they treat you as you are the last person.Scanning has to be over 550 packages per night, if you do less they will keep telling you and stressing you out. They are threatening you, you loose your job, if you don't do fast etc etc. I am wondering if someone from the Amazon knows how the agency ladies are behaving with the people.

My friend worked here a year ago, been told that the night shift is really horrible and unfair treat especially some supervisor/ manager stay chitchatting with someone every night but let the others keep doing all the work.Assigned you what to do every night is not efficient for the suitable ones and definitely not balanced to let the limited workers to finish all jobs before off time.
