Purchased online a Skoda Superb Estate and I have to say I couldn’t be more pleased. The sales person Richard was extremely professional and communication was excellent. The vehicle was delivered on time and was immaculate, hard to believe it was a 4 year old vehicle. Nice touches included a new MOT, taxing it for me before delivery and a sealed bag in the boot containing the owners handbook and the ubiquitous Skoda umbrella. I have no hesitation in giving this company 5 stars and would highly recommend them.

Perfect score for me. Right from the start, it was seamless and a great process to be apart of. I requested for specific images/videos and received them within the hour. When it came to collection day, I was surprised by how big the company is versus how great their customer service is. Most large companies have issues with customer service, but not this one! Keiran is a wonderful salesman & a great person too! I will definitely recommend this company/ car-sales to any of my friends & family.Ps. I love the car I got from here !!

Top service from this garage, I dealt with Gareth regarding my new A3, Who promptly responded back to me with a call to discuss the car, he wasn’t at all pushy or salesman like which I’d been experiencing speaking to other garages, Gareth is just genuine and very experienced in the quality of cars that he sells. Being in the North East I was apprehensive buying a car unseen but was sent videos and requested pictures of parts of the car. I discussed transport and part ex with Gareth who reassured me it was a service they provided and my part ex sale was hassle free, at a great price. Gareth was attentive throughout and the car arrived in amazing condition, immaculate, low mileage and is a quality car. It even came with my new plates made. Scott who transported the car was lovely, professional and was another fabulous member of the team at Jones’. Overall I am over the moon with my new car, the stress free service provided and the whole experience. Will definitely be back in the future as the car matches everything that was said. I bought my 2018 Porsche green Audi S3 from Kieran at Jones Motors in north wales! Kieran was a pleasure to do business with and was true to his word on every aspect of the sale! He got the car MOT'd and serviced, as well as sorting out some other bits and bobs. The car was in immaculate condition. I also purchased the ceramic coating with my car that jones motors offer. this has been brilliant over that past week with all the snow and grit. all the dirt just washes right off! I recently purchased an A1 from Jones Motor Co. I chose a car I liked and took it for a test drive. Was informed of additional options such as extended warranty and a coating to protect the paintwork. No pressure to take anything and just chose what I wanted. Have had several questions since snd they have been very helpful and supportive. Very quick to respond to queries.

I would give 10 stars if I could.I am always apprehensive about buying a car from a dealership as most of the time my experiences are very bad.It is fair to say however, I was extremely surprised at the warm welcome received by Kiren at Jones Motor Co when I first called about the Audi A4! After many conversations about the car I decided to travel the 70 miles to see the it. The vehicle was in pristine condition with very few miles on as promised so I couldn't wait to buy the car. I thought I would be clever and get a better rate of finance through another company which wasn't the case (it actually harmed my credit rating) but Jones Motor Co helped me through it and provided an excellent and affordable deal! I took the car a week later with a full MOT and service. This was back in February 2020. After 10 months and many miles later I had a fault appear, knowing it was out of warranty I call some local garages for quotes all of which were very expensive. Out of curiosity I call up Jones Motor Co, Kiren instantly remembering me, told me to bring the car back and they would look after me, which they did and fixed it at a fraction of the cost!I would strongly recommend this company to any one who is in the market for an Audi! Kind, caring, professional and honest with excellent prices and outstanding customer service makes buying a used car easy and very stress free!
