Paoloa is a wonderful massage therapist. It is incredible how she can achieve her work in such a subtle way. I always walk away relaxed with knots and strains resolved. Treatment is never painful and always effective. A lovely person too. Thank you Paola.

I have had about 6 sessions with Paola. On my first visit I could not move my shoulders/arms back, movement was very restricted - I am now able to have full mobility of shoulders and arms thanks to Paola. I am a regular gym user and I have seen a vast improvement in my workouts - both in mobility and not being in pain as I previously was. I cannot thank or recommend Paola enough - I am now pain free and my mobility is 100% improved. Thank you.

Wonderful massage from Paola, I've been twice now and plan to go regularly. The deep tissue massage was the best I've had.
