This company is the worst company ever. I took a very short ride on one and experienced problems with the app meaning I was unable to end the ride. I tried emailing as unable to raise a ticket on the App due to it not working did not resolve the matter or get back to me all day. Then get billed 74.00 as ride finally ended and been running all day. Have sent multiple emails not herd anything back. Am so upset. They are clearly robbing/ fradulant or something. So so upset as I literally cannot afford this but they clearly don't care. Beware never use this service.

They are a danger to the public and Road users and riders do not follow the rules on riding it safely. One rider crashed in to me car causing severe damage and he was not wearing a safety helmet.

The scooter said to scan the QR code to begin, did that and was directed to a page to enter my debit card details to check I'm legit, did that.Turns out the website it linked to was a phishing site, my bank accounts been rinsed.Turns out you have to download their app and then use it to scan the QR code..Poor usage instructions lead to financial ruin for me, take care out there!

Enjoyed using scooters while visiting Taunton. Far better to have a well-regulated rental scheme than the private ones. The scooters could do with some more power on hills!

This company is terrible. They don't know how to take feedback for their flaws and will ban your account like tyrants if you actually say anything was wrong. They also kept £15 from me when they banned my account, so they are not just cowards but also thieves. No surprise. This company does not deserve anyone's money or to be in service.
