Use this company 3 time good itams, stuff Are friendly but the owner Paul Anderson is so rude and he had poor customer skills I own a entertainment company and Iv just had a reconstruction operation on my knee so have call people in to help out till I get back on my feet and I was short on space saber and so I emailed Anderson yesterday and ask if they miss places and I got the rudest phone call from Paul the owner all I wanted to no if they did misplace I then round out like afternoon one of my lads took them and now Paul Anderson had stopped Are company using them for good, never met a owners who is so rude and don't understand is customer, they won't even replie to me after I contacted say was my staff and I'm sorry for email just wanted to get to the bottom and he overlay took this matter the wrong way the company would get 5 * the owner would be lucky to get 1* he need training to how to speak to customers on the phone

Good variety of lines and the number 1 go to for plush soft toys. Helpful friendly staff.
