Fairly small shop but good range of discounted items (waterproofs, down jackets, fleeces, shorts, t shirts, bags, rucksacks, shoes, etc). Discounts can be decent compared their website, especially on the clearance rail, but don't expect to see many current items in the shop - most are end of line, but still very decent. Worth a visit if you like TNF stuff. The stock changes fast, so if you don't see what you want, come back in a few weeks.

Bought my son a new outdoor coat here, for a fraction of its original price, but was impressed by the young lady on the shopfloor who asked if we needed any help then told us about the different styles we were looking at - she certainly knew her stuff, and actually seemed interested in what she was helping to sell.

Visited today 17/04/2021 at 17:16.I asked the store staff to hold my items on the till until I will finish my shoping but instead they put it back and someone else picked up my items. Just a simple sorry nothing else. I couldn't find the similuar one for the same price. Totally useless and ignorant store staff and I'm very dissapointed. Personally, I don't recommend to do shopping from them. If I could I should rate it a zero star.

Good control on entry to allow plenty of space, great prices. Only very minor point was I selected email receipt to reduce excess paper and still received lots of paper copies. But overall they had plenty of choice.

Very busy! People queue where the items are on shelves and you can't see anything. They had a few items on sale at a reasonable price but not like before.

Great staff, they're always very helpful and welcoming. The store is looking a little tired and dated though. I also found it odd that an outdoor store doesn't have walking boots!

There's a fairly good range of clothes and shoes but it does feel limited compared with other stores. It does get packed at busy times.
