Seems the lawyer looking after my mum's affairs left the company and they didn't bother to inform me. The. After I called to find out what was going g on, first they said they would phone me back and next time they promised to email me and after 10 days I am none the wiser. Pretty shoddy service, I bet if I was slow in paying their bill they be a bit more proactive. A disgrace.
