There are no words to describe just how appalled, disgusted and shocked I am by the horrific errors made by this firm in dealing with my case. Richard James failed to comply with Court Directions on 3 counts and his failures in this regard directly resulted in my having to abandon my claim. The financial and emotional repercussions for myself and my family have been absolutely catastrophic (I have suffered losses over £100,000) and he didn't even have the decency to apologise for what he'd done, let alone take responsibility for his inept and incredibly poor excuse for service.Richard James was aware of his mistakes, but was so cowardly that he didn't share this information with anyone even though there may have been a chance to salvage the case had he done so, and he supressed this critical information for over 8 months until it was discovered by my new solicitor upon taking over the case when it was already too late.It is almost impossible to believe that this sort of thing can actually happen, yet it has.Needless to say I would not recommend this firm, nor Richard James, for anything.
