After hitting a rough patch, I got back in touch with Andy and he has since helped me make a significant amount of positive change in my life.As a trainer and mentor, his approach is refreshingly casual and focuses on what you deem helpful at the time without losing sight of your overall goal. I found Andy a couple of months while I was in a very delicate stage of my life where alcohol had taken over. I have been on and off therapy for most of my life and I can say with extreme confidence that Andy was the most brilliant person I ever got to work with. His knowledge and empathy were above and beyond the call of duty - he made me feel at ease right the second I stepped in his office. His experience and sympathy makes you feel completely understood and for me, I can say that I had found a safe space. I’ve got a long way to go but I am forever grateful to have found such a fantastic mentor who I know will guide me to the right direction. I could not recommend Andy enough!!

Andy is a natural at what he does, you can tell he has great experience as a therapist and specifically with NLP. I found him initially at a free meetup group he was running, providing the group with fantastic knowledge and you could instantly tell he was a real purist at what he does, genuinely looking to help people. During my one 2 one with him his help was more subtle, helping me to discover the things I had to work on and I left with a much more positive and less stressed mindset than when I entered, really friendly guy, highly recommend and will use again myself!

This is my second experience with Andy, after great success getting my anxiety under control I went back to see him again, this time to quit vaping. I was getting up to vape in the middle of the night, my chest was really heavy, I couldn't concentrate in lectures. Andy sorted it all out in one hypnosis session I haven't touched it since!
