From a woman's point of view been to many garages and felt comfortable and happy using Lowfield garage , all staff was friendly and helpful, happy with the work and will use this garage again.

Used Lowfiwld for a number of years, for our cars.Helpful, friendly, staff. Always provide an honest, efficient service. The best independent Garage in the area. Mechanics are very knowledgeable and will happily explain any works carried out. We highly recommend, without hesitation.

We have regularly used Lowfield Garage for our cars since moving to Malton a few years ago. I'm happy to give them a full 5 stars.Our vehicles have been regularly serviced, MOTd and generally looked after by Duncan and the team and we've been happy with the results. The team are always courteous, communication is good, and despite being pretty busy they have been flexible when my schedule has changed and I've not been able to make my 'slot'. Recently, they have gone 'above and beyond' ... offering a home visit and battery check/replacement when I was unable to get one of the cars started. It really was an amazing service.I feel confident that the work they carry out is only what is needed and appropriate and that their workmanship is of a high standard, but I also know that they will give me a 'heads up' to help avoid issues and proactively prevent bigger bills later down the line. Of course no one likes spending money on repairs and maintenance, but if I must, these are the folks I want doing the job!

Great service friendly, efficient and they do mots for the class 3 Piaggio mp3 trike.

I've used these guys for a couple of years now for servicing and MOT. They are friendly, polite, efficient and accommodating. I've no mechanical knowledge, but I have not had any problems with my car. They don't do anything extra without asking first, and always let me know if they spot something that may need later attention. I drop off and collect to suit me and they've offered to pick up or deliver if I want. The car is always clean and ready for me, and they're prices are reasonable.

We were on holiday in Malton and unfortunately one of our coil springs had broken. We rang around only to be told that everyone was busy and no one could help. Tried Lowfield and they got me in the next day, told me to come down at 8:30 and it would be first on the ramp. Sure enough that is exactly what happened and an hour and half later we were off with our car all fixed. Absolutely amazing service highly recommend!

Couldn't have been more helpful. Were en route to visit family nearby when car developed concerning noise at about 1145 on a Saturday morning. Popped in on off chance that they could reassure us nothing was majorly wrong as driving back to London the next day. Couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Had car on ramp and wheel off and inspected in under an hour, despite already having 2 cars there and only one technician. Would highly recommend going here for assistance and a friendly welcome
