By chance I came across Natalya's shop when planning on shopping for my wedding dress. The first time visiting Natalya, she was happy for me to look through all the dresses and choose which I wanted to try. she had a great range of dresses from ones she made herself, british designers and some bigger designer brands. It only took four dresses until I found the one! Natalya also gave great advice on any personal adjustments I wanted to make.Throughout the process she made sure I was happy with all alterations and also helped with accessories and altering bridesmaids dresses. We always had the shop to ourselves and never felt rushed at any point. I am so happy with my dress and would recommend any brides to be to come here as the service is excellent. I will even be returning for my dress to be cleaned and boxed!

I would definitely recommend Natalya, she was brilliant! I had to have my dress altered as it was now too small (was initially meant to get married in 2020) and needed the dress altered ASAP as the new wedding date was a bit last minute.A couple of other places advised that it wasn't possible and I would need to get a new dress, but Natalya looked at it and said she could do it. She was so confident and knowledgeable which put me at ease, and the fit and is actually better than when I had initially bought the dress, the shaping, added cups and comfort strap has made it more comfortable too! I can't wait to wear my dress now!

I went to Natalya to make amendments to my wedding dress and I couldn't fault her from start to finish. She was calm and reassuring but also very honest and helped me to make decisions that would benefit me on my wedding day! Nothing was ever too much to ask and she was always so helpful... Even down to doing a quick fix on my hen do dress when I picked my wedding dress up from her ❤️ would recommend her to anyone! Best in the business xxx

After being let down by another seamstress, the team at Natalya James stepped up and managed to alter my wedding dress for me at the last minute. I couldn't be more grateful for them working their magic. A fabulous service, lovely ladies and would highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience here trying on dresses. Natalya was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, providing lots of advice and suggestions. She has a great selection of dresses from various designers and can also make bespoke dresses. Although I’ve ended up buying a dress from another place, I’m going to Natalya for my final alterations. As soon as I started looking for a wedding dress, Natalya James Bridal was top of my list for places to visit! Being able to have the entire boutique and advisor to yourself, you really are made to feel special during the whole process. I was able to look through the dresses, and Natalya picked out some ideas too from the vision I had in my mind. Having my favourite designer in store was such a bonus, and found my dream dress (the second one I tried on!). The follow up and communication is brilliant, and was so helpful when I wanted to explore the possibility of altering my dress to make it unique for me.
