I went into this shop to enquire about whether they would have an accessory pillow for a woman's Tag Heuer watch. I also asked how much they would give me for the watch, if I was to sell it to them. Wanted a rough Idea for insurance purposes as well. The lady I dealt with took the watch, came back and told me we will give you £100"! I said to the lady

Took a watch in on Friday for a battery replacement, was told it would be 10-15 minutesGave it 30 minutes, returned and it still hadn't been done and they'd get to it ASAP, I planned to wait but was abruptly told I can't wait in the shop and had to leave.I returned 2 hours later, again the battery hadn't been replaced. They took a number and said they'd let me know when it was ready.Midday Saturday I hadn't heard anything so went to find out. This time it was ready.The time hadn't been adjusted and was told to do it myself at home.When I got home, I attempted to set the time and discovered the button had been damaged, I assume whilst they tried to set the time.It's a shame as I've used this shop for years but don't think I will be using them again.
