I found Terry straight forward and uncomplicated to deal with and everything was very well arranged from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recomend Terry and his team and I would certainly use them again.

Could not be bettered. Terry was superb from start to finish and even when the ashes were returned to him he personally delivered them to our house rather than have me drive approx seven miles to collect them. When my husband passed away at Priscilla Bacon Lodge we contacted Gordon Barbers in Wroxham to ask about their services. Terry Treacy was our initial contact, and at what was a very difficult time for us, he continued to be with us every step of the way - from arranging to move my husband to their premises through to the actual funeral. Terry treated our family with so much respect and compassion, and nothing was too much trouble. He visited our home to discuss all the arrangements and was in regular contact throughout the whole process. The webpage they set up with all the funeral details and the donation page was brilliant and we had a lot of lovely feedback from friends and family about how beautifully it was done. On the day of the funeral, Terry and his staff were so professional, and all smartly dressed in the same attire. It was lovely how Terry walked down our road in front of the car, then again past my husbands place of work so colleagues who were unable to attend the service could pay their respects - a really nice touch. The order of services were the best I have ever seen and again we had so many people comment on how lovely they were. Everything at the funeral went exactly as planned and we couldn't have wanted anything better. After the funeral we were given Memory Books, which was such a lovely touch. I could go on and on, as I can't thank Terry enough for all his support and the compassion shown to our family. I would highly recommend Gordon Barber's in Wroxham to anyone and everyone. We were treated with understanding and kindness every step of the way, despite several changes of mind on the order of service. The cremation service and the thanksgiving service proceeded flawlessly, and we were very touched by the gift of memory boxes.

The members of the team that I've had personal dealings with, Terry & Chloe. Have both gone above and beyond, making a difficult time much easier to cope with, I don't live locally and unfortunately my situation is such that I will be needing your services again in the not too distant future and it is comforting to know the same group of people will be there to help.

Having lost my mother and feeling extremely raw and vulnerable I found that Gordon Barbers made the funeral very easy and did all they could to anticipate my requirements and to carry out my wishes. A first class service with first class people. Cannot recommend them highly enough. A very difficult profession with very caring and compassionate people. They were helpful, kind and caring in a tactful and considerate manner. They made us feel that Mum was special to them and I felt confident leaving her in their caring hands. They were with us every inch of the way and helped us with things we hadn't even thought of. They guided us through each step of those dark days and nothing appeared too much trouble.
