Mike, Dan and Claire have been amazing since I was in the market for a hot tub. They talked me through at length the difference between different brands / countries. Not pushy at all, but clearly knowledgeable which is why I took their advice.They provided a professional tutorial service teaching me about the maintenance of a hot tub, and ongoing costs.On the day of installation I was working from home. They arrived early - and got on with it hassle free.What’s most impressive is the customer service post installation and how they are there for any issues or simply questions which has been very much appreciated.Great company and would recommend.

Brilliant service!! We wanted to buy our first hot tub from a local company where we could visit the show room and try them out. Hot Tubs Liverpool gave us a complete tour of the tubs available and explained the differences between them, we settled on the Sundance Chelsee which Mike and Dan delivered and installed yesterday. I could not recommend Hot Tubs Liverpool more highly.From start to finish their expertise and customer service were excellent.Typically, I had lots of questions and these were answered quickly and confidently.Installation was hassle free and Dan and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. Taking time to explain the process, set the tub up in the exact location and position that worked best for me and explaining how to best use the chemicals.The HotTub is excellent quality and does everything I hoped and expected.I’ve used it every evening since delivery…..Thanks Dan and team, keep up the great work.

Been great service from the start, bought the hot tub on the Saturday and it was delivered an set up by Tuesday. Been kept up to date throughout about delivery details an what we needed to do. Daniel went through all the details on how it all works, was explained so well even the missus understood. Sorry hun, couldn’t resist.

First time I’ve left a review - felt compelled after the service received. Brilliant, start to finish and beyond! Had no idea about hot tubs, was guided through the selection process - then a site visit from Mike - he clearly explained what needed to be where etc. Tub arrived promptly when they said it would, and both owners turned up to fit it meticulously. Everything clearly explained to me from operation and chemical training. Any issues, questions etc I have they get back to me ASAP and always happy to help. Highly recommended.

Fantastic customer experience with Hot Tubs Liverpool. The guys were very knowledgeable and recommended something which suited our needs and budget. They were also very accommodating when it came to delivery and installation as everything and to revolve around some additional landscaping we were having done. We're delighted with our hot tub and have used it every night since taking delivery of it. If i could have given Hot Tub Liverpool extra extra stars i would have done; great company.
