Lost 2 stars because like other businesses they used Covid to close down the toilets for men women and disabled you have to ask to use it and not all staff members know disabled can ask but it’s not always working. Having disabilities and medical issues is a nightmare when there are so few toilets accessible without the need to ask and justify asking

Friendly helpful staff, we purchased some garden furniture that I had ordered and paid for online to collect in store, items were all ready on a trolley for us taking to the car. Quick and easy process.

It's quite small and didn't have what I was looking for and the staff didn't even know what I was looking for. I've not really had problems at my local store, I only popped in as I was in the area.

We visited store today from Perth. Excellent service from Tracy with regards to a work bench and storage units. David also assisted with our enquiries and most helpful. Nice to go into a shop and get good old fashioned helpful service. Will be back

HomeBase, unfortunately, is not what it was 30+ years ago. It's not a DIY centre due to the quality, availability, and price of its offerings..and it's not a great home accessories place either. I'm amazed it survives as it is with Home Bargains B&M and its sister brand B&Q in the market. It needs a new identity known for something..for me it never has what I need, nor is it inspiring me to impulse purchases. Bland.

Staff were so helpful with my shop today. Carol helped me pick an outdoor plant, she was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of tips on how to look after it. Then the cashier was so nice and helped me out to car, as I had my 1 year old daughter with me and couldn’t carry everything. Thank you x
