I bought a Mazda 2 2008 model from firstcar firstlove. The vehicle was in excellent condition and detailed. We were amazed at the level of customer service we received from kwasi. Kwasi was flexible with this price and we able to negotiate an ideal price. I waited a few months after purchase to send this review and I must say the vehicle is in great condition. highly recommended used car dealership

Multiple mechanics have told me that the car I bought from this company is in poor condition with various faults and shouldn’t have been sold to anyone.The 4 months warranty that came along with this car was not upheld by the seller. I had to chase him for the door hinge (issue observed on purchase and agreed that he will pay to fix) and issue with the engine to be resolved (engine light came on the day after it was purchased).In the end, we agreed to go with a mechanic I knew because his mechanics were unreliable. He refused to compensate me shortly after and his excuse was that the cost to repair the door hinge was too expensive.The issue with the engine wasn’t fixed at the time because it was too costly for me to pay out of pocket and when this was relayed to him, he stated that his warranty usually only covers parts.I honestly wish I could’ve given this company no stars because of the poor business practices and the botched vehicle I was sold. I’ve definitely learned a lesson from this experience. Avoid if you can! Proof of purchase attached.
