Thank you Udens for once again navigating us through a sad time. From collecting Mum and taking her to the chapel of rest until we said goodbye at the reception you have been professional, efficient and calm but at the same time compassionate, gentle and kind. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt supported throughout the whole process. A special thank you to Spencer and his team who made the day of the funeral run perfectly. I would recommend Udens without any hesitation.

This was my second time in 3 years using the services of W Uden and Sons Petts Wood, and I have nothing but praise for everyone I've dealt with on both occasions. Udens have gone above and beyond to make the process easy, and as pain free as possible. They are honest, friendly, and above all treat both your loved one and everyone they have contact with as part of their service with the utmost care and respect. Thank you for looking after the funeral arrangements with regard to my Mother. My husband and I have used your services for all four parents now and found you very easy to deal with, very respectful and helpful. Plus your flexibility and charges were fair and contacts for flowers and order of service booklets were helpful.

We recently used Udens funeral services for my much loved father in law, the day was always going to be tough, but from the moment we as a family made contact with Udens, our minds were instantly put at ease as we realised Bob would be in safe hands..Lee was our conductor and point of contact, absolutely nothing was too much trouble, such care, and attention to detail was exceptional...we wanted to pay tribute to Bob on his final journey in a way to show what a full life he had lived.. and Lee fulfilled our wishes and more... Lees passion for his job is outstanding, and has to be highly commended, he is a real credit to Udens along with other members of staff that cared for us throughout..this was a sad day, but one that will also be remembered for being perfect... thank you Lee Jackson x

We were so pleased that we chose Uden's to look after our mother's funeral arrangements. They were excellent from start to finish providing a very high quality service, and everyone that we had contact with was respectful, but friendly & knowledgeable. It was a great comfort to know that we gave Mum the best possible send off.

I can’t recommend W.Uden’s enough. From the beginning to the end their service was amazing. They constantly kept in touch with me & I knew my Grandad was in safe hands. Nick & Charlie were always there when I called or visited & took the time to talk through everything I had to ask. Udens have recently dealt with my fathers funeral. We had to make a fairly quick choice on Directors but am so pleased with our choice. Udens are the most professional company with exceptional staff. We loved that they were a family company which made the whole experience very intimate and comfortable.
