My niece's 21st birthday unfortunately fell during the UK lockdown so we couldn't be there to celebrate with her.We ordered a personalised 21st necklace from The Other Way Studio and I couldn't have asked for more! The communication was second to none in regards to the design with regular updates of progress.In other circumstances I would definitely have ordered from them but during lockdown the service has been a complete saviour. Absolutely no physical contact had to be made. The gift was delivered to my desired address with postage included in the price and it came beautifully gift wrapped.The necklace itself is of the highest quality and very reasonably priced! Recently ordered a pair of 'Special Sand' earrings as a gift for my sister's birthday.
