The store was clean and well stocked. Prices are ok. I wouldn't call it cheap. You can pick up all your essentials. Only 1 till is open. Always low on staff. Sometimes queue can be big with only 1 checkout open. They have a good variety of products if you want to bulk buy.

Worst delivery and customer service ever. Wait at home the first day and called me after delivery slot, telling me they cannot make it. Rescheduled it to the second day, no one called or came. They kept claiming people came and called but cannot find me. But when I asked what time did they call, they were not able to give me a clear answer, just said some time during the delivery slot. So I just checked with my mobile provider and they were positive that no phone call was received, unless the caller hung up before the call went through (3 seconds). If that’s the case, it shows how much the delivery person doesn’t care. In the end they just cancelled my order after making me wait at home for two whole days. Ridiculous customer service and delivery. This is extremely unacceptable, they do not care about their customer at all

Visited the Store today, was enjoying my shopping experience. However the phone seems attached to the fire alarm and was ringing so loud you could hear it ringing for around 20 mins on and off throughout the store.I am 40 and suffer with Hard of hearing and this noise caused great pain in my ears. I also suffer with tinnitus which as I write this note is screaming at me causing more discomfort.After seeing another lady also hold her ears several times I went and ask a staff member to see if she could get someone to answer the phone.She kindly left her till and went and found the store manager who apparently is the only person allowed to answer the phone.When the lady returned she informed me she had found the store manager and his response was'i am serving my customers on the shop floor.'Thankfully he took the phone of the reciever and the ringing stopped.This managers lack of care and consideration for those with hearing issues was offensive.I was distracted as we went through the checkout,.but as we left my wife said to me did you see the checkout assistant is hard of hearing aswell.Was a sad experience overall and one I'm going to suffer with for a few days.1 star because the last who helped me was amazing and compassionate. Other wise not a single star would be given.

Everything great except twice I tried to use the app on my phone for bonus points and it wouldn't work

Great long queue with only 1 till open, meanwhile there are loads of staff members out on shop floor, stood about not doing much at all apart from chatting about rumours of who's smashed who" in the team. Classy. Products good value as ever."

Friendly staff, well stocked store. Great prices Clean and tidy and easy to move round the store as gangways clear of items so nothing to have to move round. Thank you

Went into food Warehouseat Cowley. This was today Tuesday 27/6/23.we done our shopping and was going to spend Approx £120 with meat veg and loads of ice cream.when we got to the till 1person was on the tills and there was 16 in front of me .. people were moaning we just dumped our trolley and walked out after complaining to someone on the shop floor, They couldn’t care less. In future I won’t buy from food warehouse this is happening regularly at this store . All you get is we haven’t got the staff well at this rate you won’t have customers all the ice cream would have melted . Thank you Michael Headington oxford

Great shop. Lots of choice.
