Despite my stylist being lovely and kind. I do not think she was qualified or experienced enough to bleach and colour hair. As a young woman, 19, who has only dyed her hair once previous to this I can honestly say I am scarred. I booked in for a 1/2 head balayage which costed £70, as a student this took a while to save up and I had travelled from Cambridge specifically for this service. I asked for a cool toned brown balayage to pair well with my already dark hair, but was left with streaks of grey, orangey brown and blonde (as seen in the images) My bleached hair towards the front was a grey colour and towards the back was orangey brown. I am so disappointed in the service of this salon and cannot recommend this to anyone. I was also left with damp hair, due to it being closing time my stylist could not dry my hair sufficiently. Left with damaged and multicoloured bleached hair, I resulted into box dye as my only solution just a week later. As if this wasn’t bad enough, I was left with a patch of unblended bleach at my roots which was very prominent as my hair is naturally a very dark brown (as seen in the image below) Overall, unfortunately I do not recommend this salon to anyone looking for hair colouring/ balayage!!!

Danielle has done an amazing job on my hair. I had balayage, cut and styled it curly. I will definitely be going back! Great service and value for money ❤

I had an amazing experience at vibe salon today! Aalyah was lovely and very accommodating, got exactly what I asked for and felt very comfortable and well looked after! The girls in the salon where very friendly and welcoming, I felt right at home! I will definitely be back in the new year! Thanks ladies!!

Friendly stylists and nice salon however I had two stylists working a balayage on my hair which left one side way more bleached than the other. The blend isn't great and came out looking patchy, resembling highlights rather than a smooth balayage. Overall not very happy with the result. The stylist recommend the Olaplex treatment which left my hair feeling a lot more healthy after the bleach.

Poor service. Booked myself with Daniel, she called me to reschedule and I asked to make sure if new appointment will be with her as I read bad reviews about other girl but when I came tge other girl was there instead of Daniel. my hair had white ends and I asked for balayage with golden blonde tone. It came out so terrible. Never in my life had such experience in hair salon. she messed up my hair, paches and colour is dark with such terrible tone that looks like dirty, muddy. Can't even explain how I feel. 80 pounds to the bin. Entirely unhappy with the experience. Never going back again and definitely would not recommend it to anyone.be very careful. Now it makes sense why salon is so cheap. The toner smell was so strong like chemical. Probably they use very cheap products so able to charge way less than other salons. They promised to call me but never did. I Read other reviews about other girls working there and they are really bad, one girl attached picture with balayage. It's awful. Please take responsibility and train your girls they're ruining people hair. Will report this salon.

I got a half head balayage from Danielle and I love it! It came out even better than I expected. She was so welcoming and made the whole experience ten times better. Will definitely be returning!

Alaayah did an incredible job on my hair. I came away feeling amazing, the colours and blend were flawless and the girls and made us feel super comfortable, ensuring that we were really happy with how our hair turned out. The girls were very professional and had an amazing knowledge to make our hair look as lovely as possible! Will definitely be going back.

I took my daughter here and the ladies did a really nice job , not to mention they are friendly and professional. I was offered drinks whilst I waited and they answered any questions honestly. My daughter was really happy and will return when she needs too. Happy daughter = happy dad. Thankyou for making her day

What an amazing experience today! I wanted a balayage but i was nervous having had my hair ruined by bleach in the past. The team here are fantastic, not only did they listen carefully and get fantastic results, but coupled with a great atmosphere, a good laugh and a glass of wine - I just felt relaxed and in good hands. I’ll be back!
