Drove all the way there, paid for parking, to find the store closed well before closing time. Even tried phoning & ringing the door bell. If you advertise that you will be open until 5 you should stay open until 5. Very disappointed, won't be going back.

Great place to buy a prom dress , they can even arrange any alterations that need to be done at a good price , they also have a good range of wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses that you can be shown by a very helpful member of staff

Lovely place, staff are so helpful, I had problems finding the right dress and they managed to find the right one for me, highly recommend

A friend of mine used this store the other day and was kicked out when she tried to breastfeed her newborn. The staff were very rude to her. Wouldn't recommend.

I made an appointment here following a recommendation from a friend. Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough to help me find my wedding dress. I tried on lots of dresses and they were honest with their opinions which I appreciated and helped me choose the style that was right for me. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic store with loads of dress options to choose from. Staff were all really helpful and gave great suggestions for styles. Would recommend this place to anyone! Could not have been happier with my beautiful prom dress, thank you!

To much crammed into a small shop. Although we had an appointment twice. , both times the staff turned the lights out while my daughter was still trying dresses on. We went elsewhere and bought a beautiful dress.

Strongly advise against this shop.I was charged £50 to try a dress here - however, when I arrived, it was the wrong dress. Despite that the shop refused to refund me or allow me to redeem the money as a credit note against other items in store. I was appalled at being ripped off in such a way.Given the poor and untrustworthy business practices, I would suggest looking elsewhere as you cannot rely on this shop - I am only glad I only lost £50 as who knows what I would have ended up with had I bought a dress from here.Further, I was so embarrassed to have brought my mother and future mother-in-law to this grotty place. The changing rooms are pokey and grim, and a million miles away from the bridal experience available elsewhere. This shop is clearly targeted more at the prom dress market. Despite that, it charges top prices for the bridal gowns - the same as I was quoted for the same dress in far superior boutiques.Be warned.
