I have used Aspray (Central and West London) and cannot recommend them enough! They have turned my stressful experience into a much easier process in which I didn’t have to worry about finding an accommodation or having to deal with my insurers or even the contractors. I have experienced a leak in my living room that affected my whole flat and Audrey and Joe helped me from start to finish, organising an alternative accommodation for me and managing the whole claim. The result is amazing and I am very pleased with their quality of work and choice of contractors. I would recommend anyone that experience a damaging leak to contact them.

The family home had a water leak from the apartment above damaging the walls and ceilings as well affecting the electrics. I contacted Aspray who were quick to act and assist in making the home safe and arranged for all repairs and assisted with the insurance. A special thanks to Joe for his quick and efficient response and assistance. I would not hesitate in recommending the services of Aspray.

Audrey and Sara were always pleasant and helpful, kept me informed of all developments throughout, were quick to respond to me and dealt with issues which arose efficiently.They carried the stress for me and I could not have managed the claim without them. My wife Sally and I are absolutely delighted with the work of Aspray in dealing with a water leakage related claim from start to finish.We have been in this house for 35 years and I can safely say that we have never had such a good team working for us as Aspray.
