After recently purchasing my first home I couldn’t have asked for a more efficient, friendly and knowledgeable person to do so than Amber here at the Norwich branch.From the start I had no clue what I was doing but Amber answered my questions, concerns and worries. But most importantly, she helped us find our home, she was consistent with talking with me, very supportive and her years of experience helped me to understand those whole process better.She was clear in what was needed from myself, outlining every step of the way to this journey for me and my partner and I’m grateful that Amber was there not only as a professional but what felt like a friend in this situation.Amber was then there to support the final steps and has even ensured everything has been completed so no back and forths.

We could've have been more happy with the service we got from Pymm and Co. We spoke with many potential estate agents and when we met Leon we knew that they were the people to use to sell our house. They had reasonable fees and Leon was affable and trust worthy. That turned out to be just the right choice as it was an easy a process as I think you can make selling a house. Leon kept us in the loop all the time, gave us good advice without being pushy and we always felt in good hands. I highly recommend working with Pymm and Co.

Pymm & Co. could not have been more helpful in what for me was my first ever experience of flat-hunting. Getting advice and help from afriendly, knowledgeable person like Mel, made all the difference to what could have been a stressful process. And being able to pop into the office frequently to ask questions was a real boon. Once I had found the right place (I'm very pleased with it), Mel and her colleagues guided me through the paperwork and lease arrangements without a hitch.I would recommend Pymm & Co. very enthusiastically.

Rented a property with Pymm and co. Had a poor experience with them, from poor communication/ wait times, not releasing our deposit when told they had, and repeatedly adding charges after we moved out. When we first moved out of the property their assessment of the property is that it had been left in a good condition and the only charge we might see is for an oven clean. Later they decided to change this charging 60 for the oven, 110 for a clean and 295 for a repainting of the walls. We challenged these charges and they backed down on the repainting charge.We reluctantly agreed to the cleaning fee and an overall charge of 170 as we wanted to get out deposit back. Pymm and co accepted, and told us they would contact the accounts team to get out deposit back to us.2 weeks later we contacted them again asking where our deposit was, and only after we contacted them did they get back to us saying they had now also decided to charge us for replacing the kitchen vinyl. They then took over a week to send us through the charge for the vinyl meaning that we had now left the property OVER a month ago without our deposit being released let alone back in our accounts. We rejected the new charges and they after a few days of waiting we finally got the news our deposit was being returned to us.Throughout the process we had different people dealing with us, poor communication, long waits and overall they seemed incompetent in helping us.Personally would not recommend if you are a renter unless you enjoy being messed about and having charges added 3 weeks after you leave the property.Edit: nope, you told us our deposit was being returned to us, then when we chased this up 2 weeks later you attempted to add a new charge.

So glad to receive the email stating that Pymm and Co would be taking over our property management as heard nothing but good things about their service. So far we’ve not been disappointed, they’ve dealt with every issue we’ve had straight away, including tidying up issues from the previous letting agents! They’ve been friendly and helpful at every interaction. Our property manager Stacey has been brilliant, really on the ball and so easy to deal with.

The exit report after our tenancy was carried in which the property was left in a 'good condition' and the only thing chargeable was an oven clean (valued at £60). This rose to £465 for an additional clean and repainting of the walls (not chargeable to us). This was resolved and a £170 deposit was agreed upon by all parties. Over two weeks later we had still not received our deposit and it was only upon chasing Pymm & Co that we found out they wanted to charge us even more despite a charge already being agreed which we should have received.This was now being sorted by a so called manager as the landlady was not happy with the quality of their service and so tried to charge us more than was agreed.I thought the deposit should have been with us in 10 days but they explained it should be a maximum of five. Clearly they don't understand that five is half of 10 and we should have had our deposit back even quicker, so this made no sense. Funnily enough, once they realised their monumental mistake, the deposit came back as it should have done.If anyone is struggling for work I would highly recommend Pymm & Co as clearly no prior training or level of competency is needed at a beginner or managerial level. I would also advise any prospective landlords to avoid using them as ours clearly wasn't happy with the quality of their service.EDIT IN RESPONSE:No you have replied (quite poorly once again) to my brothers complaint, not my cousin. Whilst dubious wording at best, it was agreed our deposit would be sent over so once again you’re mistaken on what is being talked about here. Apart from possible interest and getting the landlord more money (who for whatever reason has decided to pay for your ‘services’), you’re right, no real need to hold on to our deposit.
