Greenmantle Care Home Ltd

My mother has been in greenmantle for just over a week.I have not been able to visit due to a sore throat, but have had updates on how she is getting on.I hope she remains there, because from what I have heard and seen it's a perfect place for her to spend her final years.Sadly my mother passed away recently her remaining time at Greenmantle was exceptional.She was treated with compassion and dignity.

This care home is duty and its in the middle of no where , I had my first interview at this care home and got the job , when I was going to work I got a call from home then call up this manager she was so rude on the phone she blocked me from whats app group and didn’t even pay me my 12 hours work , and yet she says she is a nurse she doesn’t even no what emergency means . She abused me.

My auntie became a resident of Greenmantle on the recommendation of a hospital doctor. During the months that my auntie lived at Greenmantle she was treated with the utmost professional care and attention. Greenmantle manages to achieve a lively yet peaceful atmosphere without becoming chaotic. Whenever I visited the home I was impressed by the kindness and dedication shown to all the residents by all the staff as were my own elderly parents and my aunties friends who also made visits. The managers are excellent and I was very grateful for the help of the manager on the day of my aunties transfer from hospital to the home as she helped with the administration which involved social services handover. Whilst in the home my auntie remained under the overall supervision of a hospital team; Greenmantle managers and staff were outstanding in keeping up-to-date with my auntie's changing needs and administering her medication. Furthermore, the manager attended hospital with my auntie on more than one occassion. My auntie altimately moved to a home to be nearer to me several counties away (a minimum 3.5 hour drive). This is the only reason that she moved and I have to say that the excellent care at Greenmantle continued right up to the moment my auntie got into the car with me. Since my auntie has left Greenmantle further phone calls and offers of any help/advice have since been forthcoming from Greenmantle. Nothing has been too much trouble for them.

Went to visit a college friend who is been looked after here it’s such a cosy homely feeling place staff are lovely too x

Very cordial management, took a very good care of my uncle who was suffering with dementia.

excellent place, with great service. located in a beautiful location. one of the things that i have noticed is, its very homely and that is a brilliant feeling when you visit the place.
