Excellent service, communication and after delivery support. This was my companies first time importing at this scale and Cardinal provided excellent advice and guidance through the process. Great speed and accuracy in their timeframes and estimates. Sharon and Lewis were excellent. We will definitely be using them again and cannot recommend highly enough.

Absolutely Chaos Dealing with this logistic company.They were very difficult to reach as there were at least three staffs responding to my emails in the process. Seems like no one is responsible to follow up on the freight and their information and replies are not consistent.You had to remind the staff about what the other staff had agreed in the email earlier because the next day there might be someone else replying to you without checking any previous conversation :)You had to ring them several times so they will start following up on the case. It makes me deeply confused.Once I have done all the transactions and enquired about the delivery confirmation details, they were not answering until I rang them several times.The staff's attitude on the phone was not very friendly.The price was doubled compared to the earlier quote enquired. It was quite shocking. We have no choice anyway.The delivery date was confirmed. However, the driver came on the day before the date scheduled. It was a rush and unexpected. Fortunately, the driver was very helpful. He helped to unload the stuff which is very bulk and heavy.

Best service and time response compared to other services we have used. Customer service is great and also really good rates!Have used Cardinal for a couple years now and will continue to do so! Would definitely recommend

I've dealt with CGL before, and back because of the quality of service. My current experience was perfect...clear precise explanations and advice made the whole process a pleasant experience.. Might be a good idea to increase Lewis' salary to prevent him leaving for 'greener pastures'... Will be using your services again in the new year.

Very helpful in letting me know the status of my imported shipment. Each time I was unclear, they always sent a prompt reply. I even received hour by hour updates a few days before the arrival and always felt they were on top of it.

Great company to deal with, First class service, been working with Cardinal in excess of 3 years without a single problem. Great account managers (Lynsey / Scott), nothing is too much trouble. Rates Competitive in the marketplace and service excellent. Cheap is never good and good is never cheap!
