Excellent customer service! I was having a disaster as i was due to have an interview nearby when I discovered the shirt I brought was too small as I was changing. This was the closest place that was also open and as I explained what had happened, the service I received was fantastic. I was taken straight to where I needed to be and the shirt was also voluntarily pressed ready for me to wear to my interview and wished good luck. Thanks in part to Keith James Menswear I arrived on time and actually got the job!

Being going there for 20+ years, same old service (good) maybe tend to cater for the less aged generation, slim fit not for the others, top quality brands good gear

My father-in-law lives in the Thirsk area and comes to stay with us in Horsforth occasionally, and popped into Kieth James for the first time a couple of weeks ago. He couldn’t be more complimentary about the 5 star service he received from Paul who went above and beyond to get some trousers tailored and delivered to him before a wedding we attended this weekend!
