Terrible company to deal with. Have no idea how to communicate with customers. The cleaning itself is just OK, but again the communication leaves a lot to be desired. Emailed the franchise owner with all my concerns and she has not even had the common courtesy to reply. Avoid. Only seem interested in getting the money and then ignoring you.

They take your £50 deposit for nothing in return. I agree entirely with all the other reviews. I booked this company for an end of tenancy clean in a property that was empty. I returned to pay the cleaner her cash and she said she had been there for 3 hours. I inspected every room with her, and nothing, I Mean NOTHING had been done apart from hoovering carpets! She wouldn't know what a can of polish and a duster even look like ! When I refused to pay her until it had been done properly, she stormed out of the property and drove off with the keys.I spoke to Patsy and asked her come and inspect the work herself, but she could not be bothered and put the phone down on me. After threatening to call the police about the keys, she finally arranged for them to be returned. Rude horrible people making a fast buck.

Really disappointing experience with this team. Cleaner did not show up one week with no notice and the agency had no clue what was going on - yet still insisted on charging for insurance and 'management' fees although cleaners weren't turning up! When we requested a replacement cleaner the agency didn't bother following up and never bothered responding.Also disappointing that the cleaner only took cash and would not accept bank transfers. We do not like paying cash as we generally don't use cash and also feel this potentially facilitates tax payment discrepancies. We provided this feedback to agency management and they seemed to take this personally and refused to provide us with any further services.The agency should be ashamed of their customer service. I am thankful to say we have since found another company who provide a higher quality service, manage in full the payments process and in general provide a much better service level.

I used this company for an end of tenancy clean. My checkout inventory lady had mentioned that it wasn't 'up to scratch'. This was dealt with very rudely. Having had to chase up phone calls myself due to company meetings, explaining multiple times who I am, getting me confused with other clients, thinking I hadn't payed the deposit when I had bank transferred it weeks ago, and constantly mis-pronouncing my name has led to me finding the whole experience quite stressful and being extremely disappointed with the service overall.

I am really happy with the service. My cleaner changed after just one month but it was all handled really well with no additional admin for me. I have Kirsty and she is absolutely great - would highly recommend to anyone! 5*
