We visit this Starbucks often, i think it is the female manager ? She is very friendly and knowledgable about her products. We visited today and she came over to my daughter with a free cup that she said she was giving away last week, ever so friendly and attentive

Such a shame about this branch, have tried Starbucks all over the country and this has to be the place I've had the worst drinks ever..Out of the last half dozen times at least, they must have got my coffee right once. Syrups missing, wrong blend, cold blend drinks weak, waiting times far too long even when they not busy.I've learnt to check the drinks now before I drive away. Would rather travel to gilesgate for a decent cuppa.Really need to train the staff properly to make a drink instead of talking behind the counter.Still not good, asked for a drink to be made to order, and it wasn't had to be done again.Ordered a sausage sandwich and the top was so hard it was inedible.

Pitted tables and chairs, had to ask staff to clean our table twice, bad service very slow. Extremely disappointed, will not be returning. Staff said they didn't have the drink we wanted, the served the next customers that sane drink, unbelievable.

Service was slow and disjointed, ordered drinks and food came separately so ended up waiting so long everyone else had finished their food before I even started my drink.Service was friendly but massively understaffed, shame on the management for leaving staff so exposed and under pressure.Every table needed clearing, there were no plates left and the two servers were rushed off their feet. No other staff present. Food display was empty and they clearly hadn't had the time to put new stock in as it was all on the counters. So clearly the company values profit over staff well being and customer satisfaction.The food was mostly stale and tasteless.Charge top dollar but can't back it up with service and product quality, there's no justification for the prices.Wouldn't come back (to any Starbucks) if you paid me.

Modern & airy building with drive through service as well as sit-in. Tables, floors etc very clean although there was a crisp packet stuffed down the side of the Ben h seat we were at near the entry door. The coffee was very nice but the pastry we had was not very nice, it felt under cooked. Nice staff.

Visited on Friday evening, what a disappointment. No welcome by Kris or Ollie. Felt like we were an inconvenience. Served by Ollie and drinks made by Kris who just slammed the cups down and no actual acknowledgement or what drink was what. Very poor service, we sat for about 30 mins not once did anyone clear tables. We will stay with Costa untill service by the staff are trained in customer care!!!

Staff were lovely but it felt like besides the manager no one was trained or knew what they were doing. Wasn't that busy, but service was excruciatingly slow.

20 minute wait for coffee. Fine when it came but then another 10 minutes for somebody to plonk an almond croissant on a plate. 4 people in after me got their food first. System for serving and dealing with drive thru not working

Ordered 2 regular skinny vanilla lattes and a regular cappuccino from the drive through. No vanilla in the latte's and the cappuccino was only half full.Oh well, pay peanuts get monkeys.
