Found this gem while searching. Fantastic pub roast and a nice find. Was board of sane old comercial chain roasts and wanted a good old pub one. And could not fault it. Just to much veg. Kids menu also good. 8 yr old had kids roast. 4 year old chose good old chicken coujons me expecting a few frozen no problem he loves them mash and gravy. Well how wrong 3 home made goujons and way to big for him he managed 1 of them and we had to try eat other 2.

Beautiful pub/restaurant. Dont know if the chef was having a bad day but the meal i had was very bland, no flavour at all and not a lot of thought put into the dish. This is just my opinion

Fantastic value for money, staff were polite, food was lovely!Unfortunately no baby changing facilities. My husband had to change the baby on the floor due to this.Booked table for 1pm didn't have main meal until 2.35, a good 45 minute wait between starter and roast.Staffing is clearly an issue but staff there are very polite and apologetic I regards to our waiting time. No complaints with our Sunday roast, children's meals or starters.

Gorgeous place, amazing food, reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!We dined as a group of 9. Wait times were very reasonable and the food came together for the most part.I had 3 courses, 2 off the specials menu (starter: garlic butter with warm bread dough balls and main: spring onion buttered chicken with homemade fries and peas) with a brownie and ice cream for dessert, and 3 bottles of coors.

Paid a visit for Sunday lunch. Polite staff, generous portions of tasty vegetables and Yorkshire pudding served on stylish rectangular plates. Carved beef was grissley though, which was politely mentioned. Various deserts available and an abundance of drinks. Beer garden/dining area in an enclosed courtyard to the rear.

Very welcoming! Adam and Geriant couldn’t do enough for us. Service was so lovely and food was absolutely stunning! Very reasonable prices. Definitely recommended. You want be disappointed

Absolutely fantastic. Came for son's 18th birthday with all the family. Perfect food. Lovely atmosphere and brilliant staff. Will definitely be coming back.
