we called west midlands glass back in November after they were recommended to us by a neighbor. we spoke to josh who arainged to come round the following day and take a look at a broken bathroom window, we can't praise him highly enough, I explained to him our concerns with the house not being secure and he really went the extra mile temporarily securing the window and contacting his supplier there and then and explaining this job is a top priority. As a result we used there services again in December to fit a new front door and the service was second to none. we wouldn't use anyone else in future, 5 star service at a great price, thanks guy's

Josh and his team were really friendly when measuring and fitting windows we had 18 months ago. However the aftercare has been disappointing. I am still 'waiting' on the fensa certificate I was assured I would get, I've long gave up chasing it as was repeatedly getting fobbed off and the same for issues, some of which I've not even bothered to let the company know about as I don't want them here again. The doors are difficult to lock and take multiple lifting of the handle to get the keys to go round, waiting on being able to afford a locksmith to come and look at them. We've had a couple of keys snap in the window locks. The hinge covers on the patio door have already been replaced once and starting to come off again. We recently had to have the fire service 'pop' a window to gain access and they commented on how poor the windows were as they easily got in and with no damage either... would not use this company again unfortunately.

Used WM glass for years for jobs incl balcony rails, brickwork, insulation, plumbing and obviously for glass. Very rare I deal with decent tradespeople so I do highly recommend.

Amazing service. Josh and his team are so professional and friendly. 3 bay windows, kitchen window refitted and double glazing units replaced in other windows. The standard of work is amazing and communication throughout was so professional from quote through to fitting. No hard sell and advice on replacement or refurbishment of double glazing meant costs were more than reasonable. After fitting everything was left tidy and clean. Can’t recommend this company enough.

Was put in touch with West Midlands Glass after requiring additional space at my property due to home working and also some external cosmetic improvements (new garage door, guttering, facia/soffit etc). Josh visited the following day and discussed/proposed various options to suit my needs and, more importantly, within my allocated budget. The WMG team were very friendly, professional and courteous throughout their time working at my property and would always keep me updated on progress. Overall, very happy with all aspect of work/workmanship and quality of the products used. End result has exceeded all expectations and ticked every box for a very competitive price.

Had a problem opening and closing my double glazed doors. I phoned josh, who arranged a next day timed appointment. Arrived on time, inspected and quoted and all sorted within an hour. Great price too. Highly recommend them.
