Massage Therapist - Stratford

I started having sports massage with Lucyna about two years ago. These are always tremendously effective for tense / tight muscles as well as being very relaxing. Lucyna is warm, friendly, and takes a genuine interest in how I'm feeling. She gives useful stretches / exercises at the end of a session, and is usually available at short notice (which was great when I had a neck problem that needed treating). Very highly recommended!

Lucyna is the most knowledgeable and amazing massage therapist I have ever been to. Even if you can’t describe where exactly your pain is, she manages to find all the areas every time and goes that extra step to help you. She also is happy to give you advice and some exercises to do at home. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Lucyna for over 7 years and refuse to go anywhere else. I live in Kent and am more than happy to travel to her in East London. She is the best Massuese I’ve ever known, since having been referred to her by a friend, I’ve not been to anyone else. She gets to work on your problem areas and is very dedicated and extremely efficient and effective at her work. I work in a very stressful environment and have permanent tension in my back and after a massage from Lucyna, I feel sore but in a great way and extremely relaxed and have the best nights sleep after. Not only do I feel very comfortable in her practice, she has successfully reduced the pain and discomfort i have from my chronic back pain.
