I visited Arden House at Regent Center for my Life in UK test at PSI Newcastle. Before going inside the building (Arden House), ring PSI Newcastle from the phone near the main door. If your interview is at 10.00 am ring them exactly at 9.30 am (not before that). The representative of PSI Newcastle will then provide you a set of instructions over phone- follow them and reach fourth floor. Further instructions and procedures follow (30 mins) after you reach PSI Newcastle test center. You will be able to start the exam at 10.00 am. Google does not provide an exact location for the front of Arden House. They should try to have it.

It's a bus / metro train interchange station, clean which is nice. Finding the bus stop could be easier but there were timetables on all but one of the stops, but why can't they also have one central sign to point you to the right stand? It may not be too big but wandering about from bus stand to bus stand isn't good. Still, it serves its purpose.

I can't say much about around the building but I found a good parking space. Clean inside buildings. There was an available office at the front if you need help to it's building facilities.Also shortest place to jump off at the Regent Centre Metro Station to Regent Centre and for Gosforth shopping, within walking distance to the shops from there.

I work here... Handy location with great links to transport including a metro station nearby and a bus station just outside the metro. There is a visitors car park for people visiting the offices. Shops and restaurants close by including an Asda and marks & Spencer. Coffee place around the corner and close to gosforth high street.
