We just wanted to take time to say THANK YOU for how you cared for our Wonderful, beautiful crazy Boxer Cooper and also us. You made one of the most horrible times of our life a little easier. Laying him into that beautiful wicker basket and you helped us to make him comfy just showed us that you would look after him and you put us all at ease.When we came to take him home it was so peaceful and the sun was shining through the summer house.The lovely card you gave along with Coopers paw print / clipping of fur touched our hearts.I've attached a photo of our Crazy Man.Thanks again to your whole teamThe Marsh Family xxx

We sadly had to let our beautiful Millie go to sleep for the final time. Companions Haven were so compassionate and completely understood how devastated we all were. We chose a wonderful frame which would hold our girls ashes and some paw prints both in clay and ink. These are wonderful keepsakes and show all the detail in her little paws. Everything was wrapped up beautifully and you could tell that care and attention was given throughout.

Companions Haven were very empathetic when dealing with the individual cremation of our beloved English Setter, Poppy. They let us know as soon as she was collected from the vets, with a very quick turnaround on a Sunday, and the print and clay paw indents are a lovely reminder of Poppy. Thanks for the great service and compassion at a very difficult time

At the height of the most painful experience I have ever had, CH were fantastic. No rush, a lovely reception, and we managed to get our beloved Cookie back the same day.Cannot thank you enough for what you did, I’ve not been able to look at the fur clipping yet but I treasure having my beauty back.

Huge thanks to the team for their kindness when we lost our 11 year old Giant Schnauzer, Bond. Like most family pets, Bond had a special place in our hearts and lives. He came into our family after losing our son and brother, Ryan to meningitis in 2010. Ryan had always wanted this wonderful breed but it never seemed to be the right time. They are now together and we are left with the best memories.We would thoroughly recommend using Companions Haven when that sad time comes. Saying goodbye to our Gentle Giant was made special and we have a beautiful plaque to make us smile every day. Thank you so much. Michelle and Charlotte.

Devastated by the Loss of Our Beloved Ruby on New Years Day. the Team at Companions Haven were brilliant. They collected Ruby from our vets the very same day and returned her ashes as well as a paw print and some of her fur as a keepsake within 2 days..We opted for a Large Brass Heart Shaped Urn a Clay Paw Print as well and they were all beautifully presented in a quiet room on our arrival to collect Our Beautiful Girl.. We were allowed to spend as long as we wanted, which was a lovely touch.We would like to thank the team at Companions Haven for the Professional Way they handled this difficult time for us.I thoroughly recommend them, if I could give them 10 stars I would.

My review will echo all of those before me.Such wonderful people, who truly care. Their compassion and empathy helped lighten our grief.The fur cutting, paw print and sleeping cat urn are precious keepsakes.I will never forget your kindness and will recommend you to all.

I can’t thank you enough for the kindness shown following the passing of our beloved little girl Chan.The love and compassion shone through when we brought her to you.Chan was my best friend and my shadow, she would follow me everywhere. She didn’t like to be left on her own and when I explained this, you reassured me she wouldn’t be.Your staff are a credit to you, and I felt so comfortable leaving her in your care knowing you would look after her.I collected her today and again received a warm welcome and words of comfort.Thank you for caring so much.It means such a lot at such a difficult time.

I sadly lost my dog last year in April, and I’ve also very recently lost my cat, at the end of March. Both times using Companion’s haven, I cannot fault them at all, such a caring team, from the phone call to them to bringing them in to a beautiful little Garden summer house, where staff laid my babies in to a basket and carefully wrapping them in a blanket. We could spend as much time as needed to say our goodbyes, in such a peaceful setting.When I received their ashes they are beautifully presented, with a little card from the team.I will never allow any of my pets to go anywhere else when their time comes. Thank you for being so caring.
