The Charm Brighton Boutique Hotel & Spa

Fantastic hotel. We had a basement room, so no view, but we did get a little private outside seated area. Room was enormous, free fridge, great bed, superb bathroom.Breakfast was excellent traditional and continental buffet.Staff were very good. Great welcome.

Just a lovely little inn! We had a cozy room, they serve a generous breakfast with excellent veg options and the steam room is a great relaxing space for couples or families. Would come back in a heartbeat

Had only a night, it was truly such an exceptional service, the room was tidy and spacious. Credit to the staff named Lily at reception, Lily made our holiday greatly amazing and comfortable ever! I recommend this hotel with pleasure.

Staff were so friendly at helpful here. Th lovely lady at the front desk was so helpful and kind to us. The breakfast staff were also polite and welcoming.To park here can be a bit of an issue (it seems to be a Brighton thing in general!). But I managed to park round the square. If you do get lucky enough to park on the square, you can use the PayByPhone app, quoting location '85332'. It cost about £15 for 24 hours, which although sounds expensive, seems fairly reasonable for a whole day in a city.It's literally a 2 minute walk from Brighton pier and the sea front, which was so wonderful! It takes 5-10 minutes to walk into the town centre, where there are so many great places to eat! We personally took a stroll down to Mowgli's- they serve amazing Indian street food!We were staying in Room 5 (the front window room on the ground floor). The staff had decorated the room for a birthday, which was such a kind gesture! It was a lovely room with plenty of space, and had air con and a mini fridgeYou can see the sea from the window, and is a lovely, airy room. The only potential downside of this room is that as it overlooks the green, you can sometimes hear questionable individuals in the nighttime, but we personally only heard one random bout of shouting, and it was fine thereon.Breakfast was delicious, great variety! Cereals, hams, cheeses, full English options. Various juices and coffee and tea options.We also had the pleasure of having a couples massage from Ami and another wonderful therapist (I've unfortunately forgotten her name!). The massage was £68 each for an hour, and well worth it! Every single detail had been well thought out. The treatment room was relaxing, and smelt divine. The therapists were attentive, and I received an amazing back, neck and shoulder massage. If you have the opportunity to indulge in a massage here, do it!I want to take the time out to thank every member of staff for helping to make our trip to Brighton wonderful. We will definitely stay here again next time!Thank you!

Fabulous hotel, staff are excellent and friendly. Our room was at the very top of building that made climbing the stairs tiring. Breakfast was fantastic, full English, eat all you can! Daniela was a fabulous host. No hesitation in recommending

Really lovely hotel, rooms were clean, staff were friendly and view was lovely of the pier. Shower handles were a bit stiff and sink was a bit blocked so water emptied slowly. Otherwise the place was lovely and would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed a perfect short stay at this lovely hotel for my birthday. The staff decorated my room with balloons and other decorations, which was such a lovely surprise. The staff were all so very kind, helpful and professional as well as friendly. They explained everything and were always on hand if anything was needed. We stayed in room 5 on the ground floor which was just perfect. Easily accessible and lovely and quiet. Air conditioning in the room was much appreciated. Room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Great shower and the breakfast was amazing with a choice of fruit/cereals/cooked/cheese/pastries ... literally everything you could have wished for!The hotel was beautifully decorated and is in a great location for easy access to the seafront or townAs a bonus we visited the on site spa - highly recommend!The perfect stay. Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and were really happy with our stay. The hotel is situated perfectly, a short walk away from the shops and the pier, and the staff were all helpful and welcoming.The room was a comfortable size, with the usual amenities and mini-fridge, along with a nice bathroom and a great shower. The only change I would suggest would be having a bit more space on the bedside tables and in the bathroom.I had two massages at the spa inside the building, and both were superb. Ami and her colleague were really lovely and made sure that the massage was as comfortable and as good as it could be. Hopefully we'll be back in the near future!

Everything was just perfect. The room and hotel in general was spotlessly clean, the friendly welcome was the best we’ve had, the breakfast was 5* and all of the staff were so friendly and really care about their guests.It’s not often you find a hotel that gets everything right, but this place really does!

Great location. Nice and clean rooms, great friendly service. Breakfast is superb.Lots of narrow stairs to carry the luggage up to the room. Parking is a nightmare (the hotel provides parking permit but it's very hard to find parking near by)
