Vibrant salon with great atmosphere. The online booking was easy and I got the stylist and colorist I needed on the day/time I wanted. Staff took time to listen to what I wanted and aimed to please. I'll be back.

Kirsty is an absolute lifesaver, I come to her every 6 weeks for a toner, cut and blow dry and I swear she’s a genius. She’s the only person who can tame my mane. She’s defo going to be my hairdresser at my wedding.

Great friendly salon with reasonable prices. I always get a lovely service and some good conversation from Yasmin, will always return.

Had highlights and a dramatic cut yesterday, both with Kasey. I left the salon with wet hair (my choice - my curls prefer to dry naturally!), so didn’t get the full impact of everything until I got home. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! Couldn’t be happier - it’s better than I could have ever imagined! The colour is exactly what I wanted and the cut is fabulous. Thank you so much Kasey - you’re amazing!!

Kirsty is the best hairdresser around! I wouldn’t let anyone else do my hair, always listens to what I ask for and I’m always super happy with the results! Thanks for putting up with my crazy requests over the many years! ❤️

It’s taken many years for me to be able to write this.I worked as front of house in this hell hole of a salon for about two years. The manager at the time Laura couldn’t have been more vile to me and some of the hairdressers. I was literally mentally abused with bullying, lies, pressure and threats. If any mistakes were made I was threatened with “George” the owner who had absolutely no problem calling me/us all the names under the sun on the phone! The area manager Julie was just as bad at times. It was all about money and targets not the clients! I’ll never forget an elderly lady with clear mental health issues would always leave the salon with a bill no less than £500!!! With ghds and products she wouldn’t have a clue how to use….just to hit targets! She was Laura’s client. I was shouted at when her partner called one time because I thought he was George so he went jealous crazy at her and I got the blame! People were over priced all the time and lied too. I had to take the brunt for all of it. There is so much more that was done to me, clients and the hairdressers. Clients would arrive and no appointment would even be on the system when they'd have confirmation! AVOID as a client and staff!!

Second time of going to the Sevenoaks salon, £92 for a cut and blow dry for short hair, overpriced. The cut was good the first time so I went back to Kirsty yesterday (27/07/23). Firstly they said that I did not have a booking, even though it had been confirmed online. Because of a cancellation, I was able to get my hair cut, 20 minutes for a cut and rough dry, not styled and £92. When I got home and had a proper look at my hair, it's awful, the fridge has just been cut straight across at two inches long. Now I have to wait for it to grow, so that at least it looks half decent .Kirsty is a director and one of the most expensive hairdressers at the salon.I will not be returning and would not recommend.

I cannot recommend this salon enough! i visited today and I was running late - regardless, the staff were super understanding and very warm. Kacey was super patient and very attentive when I explained what I wanted and although I didn’t have very clear ideas on how I wanted my hair I have left with the best cut and colour i’ve ever had!! My hair looks amazing and Kacey did an absolutely incredible job. The salon itself is super clean and has a lovely relaxed feel to it and all the staff seem super easy and lovely. I had such a great experience at Rush and i LOVE my hair! thank you so much!!!!
