This was something that my husband and I knew we had to do but kept putting off due to the complex nature of our situation. However, Phil Ogden broke things down into manageable chunks and guided us through the different steps, allowing us to be less fearful about the whole thing. We loved Phil's friendly and professional manner. Meetings were done via zoom which was really convenient. It is a costly legal process but well worth it.

I’ve found the whole process, easy to understand due to Paul. No question I asked wasn’t answered by Paul who explained everything so well. I finally feel I’ve organised everything for my family when I’ve gone ( not that I plan in going anytime soon). I know I can contact them at anytime too.
