Visited the Bangor branch today needing advice on being scammed.I cannot praise them enough for their profesionalism kindness and caring attitude.I wish I had taken the ladies name because she desrves recognition for the way she handled my query. Really dont like the new touch cashpoint. Its not very user friendly , screen is confusing and there is a delay after you touch the screen and as there is no sound, you dont know if its registered your tap. Buttons are comforting and tactile and are instant. I'll be using another nearby.

So grearful for Bangor Santander branch. After many failed attempts at solving a problem over the phone saff member Jackie Jones excellent customer service solved it in minutes, nothing was to much trouble for her she even helped me up and down on the lift. A highly pleasant experience. Can't beat face to face service. Thank you very much from a very happy customer.

What a turnaround. I had to set up PoA and Sara, customer service, was outstanding. She spent a long time sorting things out and helping me through the process with advice, and went over and above to assist.Unfortunately, although HO set it up, there were a couple of issues.
