After reading the glowing reviews I booked my car in for its service here, absolutely nothing to fault and will 100% be returning in the future, I was quoted a much better price than what the BMW dealer was quoting and the work was carried out to a high standard and promptly, plus the car was ready earlier than expected. Just took my new (old) mini in and spoke to Andy and found several faults that needed fixing. Great service and the best thing he didnt even charge me, that service just happens nowadays and he will be my garage of choice from now on

Stumbled on Big Mini Works through Google looking for a BMW specialist to diagnose my 640i gt for an intermittent chassis fault showing on the iDrive (just out of manufacturers warranty).Travelled over from Barnsley and Andy plugged in and quickly pinpointed the fault to an issue with the air suspension losing comms, so I booked it in for a day for Andy to sort.Dropped it off on the day and received a call a few hours later to say it'd been identified and sorted, even took photo's of the issue to show me.All in all a great experience and an even better price.

Been taking my car to Andy since he opened over the years he's done all the work on my car that's been needed he's the best garage I've used. He's so helpful nothings too much trouble.
