I would never use this company especially if your family member has dementia, keep well away from them, i don't even want to give 1 star

I needed to know more. I am an applicant as a Domestic Helper or Housemaid.

Have worked with Abicare since 2017, absolutely love my job. Always supported by upper management and my Co workers. Being a supervisor is an amazing step I took last year and never have I looked back. I have since become homecare manager.Abicare are flexible, management always there to listen if ever you had any issues. Abicare is one big family and I am proud to be part of that.

Absolutely disgusted by the care my nannie received, made my nannies last days a living hell. Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Avoid at all costs.

I have heard and seen great things about this company. Professional and caring staff always trying to do the best for the client.

I didn't receive my Covid tests on time even though I had rung multiple times to make them aware that the post is a little slow where I live. My day 2 Covid test arrived on day 4 which meant that I had to call 119 to get a free NHS one. Some of the customer services support staff don't go above and beyond in their support of clients, however in my experience, Clare is an absolute gem. It is only because of Clare that I am giving 2 stars, otherwise, I wouldn't recommend Abicare for Covid Home Testing kits - I assume their other services are fantastic, but in my experience, it has been nothing but frustration and hassle.

5 stars from my Nan who said she “couldn’t fault” the service received at Future Inns in Plymouth whilst she recovered from a stroke and was waiting to be allowed home. The staff were very attentive. Thanks!

Called regarding a specific care requirement, and Sam Milligan handled my enquiry. She carried out careful research, and despite not being able to cover what we needed, she was able to explain why, and offer alternative suggestions. Great service, and very grateful she took the time to help someone who could not even be a customer! Thank you.

As the carers looking after my Dad in the future inn care hotel in Plymouth the staff are very well trained. Staff are very respectful towards their clients. Nothing is too much trouble !!

I have worked for Abicare since January and am enjoying it very much. I get a huge amount of support from management, and the other girls are brilliant to work with. I felt that the training was of a high standard when I started out and that I have expanded my knowledge through actually doing the job.I love going in to the clients, most of them are so pleased to see us and it gives me so much satisfaction to know I have made a difference to someone's dayBiggest issue I have is that there is rarely enough travel time allocated especially in the more rural areas but otherwise this is possibly the best career move I have made and I wish I had done it before.
